The product offering covers single components and hardware sets, complete doors, automation and spare parts with brands such as FlexiForce, Normstahl, Crawford, IDD-Parts and Ditec.

The role…

… is based at the FlexiForce headoffice in Barneveld, The Netherlands.

  • you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Price Management, including product pricing and discount management

  • you will work close to sales-, product-, and IT management to develop our pricing structures and tools

  • you will lead projects introducing best practice pricing tools in our organization, coordinating internal and external resources, and setting up governance procedures for what we develop in our organization

  • you will own the different processes of setting and updating prices in our commercial systems.

  • you will develop our capabilities for price tracking and price analysis

  • you will co-operate with Pricing functions in the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Division where we have expertise and best-practices to draw upon

 

In this new role, you will have the chance to make a big impact on the business results, establishing and building up professional pricing. You will report directly to the General Manager FlexiForce EMEA. You will be part of a growing community of pricing professionals in the Entrance Systems Division, as well as in the ASSA ABLOY Group.

 

 

To succeed in this role…

…we believe you have

  • a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Math or similar

  • at least 5 years’ work experience within the pricing area

  • been involved in commercial pricing in a leading international manufacturing or trading company, or you have acquired knowledge of best practice B2B pricing from other experiences

  • a strong commercial focus and you are pragmatic and hands-on, as well as action- and result oriented

  • a structured way of working and use different IT tools to support your work.

  • as we are talking about development and changes of the current structures and ways of working, you have good project management skills and excellent collaboration and communications skills.

  • advanced analytical skills and enjoy working in a fast-changing and growing company, where no day is like the day before.
