HR Manager
Can you bring your HR leadership skills to our Flexi‑Force team? Join our team based in Barneveld, The Netherlands, and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.
Please note this is an independent, hands‑on HR generalist role without direct team management responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on the Dutch organization, while supporting several other EMEA locations.
What you would do as our HR Manager – FlexiForce
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving, implementing and continuously improving the HR agenda across seven EMEA countries. You ensure efficient HR processes, support managers at all levels, and contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience. This role does not include managing an HR team; instead, you operate as a trusted, independent HR partner.
You would also:
- Lead HR projects and initiatives across the BU & BA, covering areas such as Legal, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
- Develop and coordinate Training & Development activities aligned with business priorities, while monitoring organizational and individual learning needs.
- Coach and support managers in HR‑related topics to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
- Optimize recruitment and onboarding processes to improve hiring quality, reduce agency dependency and support key hires across EMEA.
- Safeguard a safe, healthy and positive work environment, ensuring correct and timely execution of performance, remuneration and HR compliance processes.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a completed Bachelor/HBO+ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- Brings 5–8 years of HR experience within an international or matrix organization, with strong generalist capabilities.
- Has extensive knowledge of Dutch labour law and experience supporting multiple European countries in areas such as labour law, social security and compensation & benefits.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Works proactively, accurately and independently, with strong planning and organizing skills and the ability to act as a discussion partner at all levels.
Nice to have:
- Experience with change management, HR professionalization or working in a multicultural environment.
