Your Role

As Country Manager IDD-Parts NL, you will take full ownership of the Dutch business. You drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading and developing a high-performing team.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position where you directly impact business success.


What You’ll Do

Business & Strategy

  • Drive sales growth and profitability in the Dutch market
  • Define and execute the country strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Own and manage the full P&L
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and mid-term business plans
  • Identify opportunities and implement continuous improvements

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations including logistics, warehousing, and assembly
  • Ensure efficient processes and performance across the business
  • Take corrective action where needed to ensure targets are met

Commercial Leadership

  • Lead the sales team and account managers
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team
  • Manage recruitment, performance, and talent growth
  • Motivate your team to achieve both individual and company goals

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g. AX), BI tools, and MS Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
