Job Description

Position : Supply Chain Officer

Reporting to: Director & General Manager, Thailand

Location: Thailand


Job requirements:

Be responsible for the management of all activities and achievement of outstanding results of shipping & warehousing.



  • Liaise with Sales Department and external parties to coordinate sales and material plan
  • Account for Material Planning and Control
  • Backlog review and manage shipping schedule
  • Invoicing
  • General procurement and order processing
  • Communication with internal and external suppliers regarding deliveries
  • Import and export custom declaration
  • Maintain accurate processing records and prepare management reports
  • Shipment management for products and samples, including inbound and outbound, packing, and picking and settling shipment issues with internal and external parties
  • Warehouse management and inventory control
  • General record keeping and office duties
  • Any other task as assigned by the Company from time to time



  • Very good at communication skill, negotiation skill
  • Strong learning capability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
  • Result oriented, take initiatives, self-motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Knowledge and experience:

  • Degree or relevant certification
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics / shipping
  • Supplier/forwarder management Ability to work with cross culture, function, and country teams.
  • Experience with Shipping, Logistics, Cost Analysis, & supplier negotiation
  • Demonstrate strategic planning, statistical expertise, sales orientation, communication abilities and computer competencies
