As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead our VIC/SA operations, with Tasmania earmarked for future expansion. This pivotal role will be part of our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will be primarily based across our Bangholme and Epping sites in Melbourne.

Within our Pedestrian segment, we proudly support a team of approximately 250 team members across Australia and New Zealand, alongside a dedicated shared services team based in the Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next chapter of regional growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Leading

As Regional Manager, you’ll take full ownership of Sales, Service, Projects, and Operations across your region. You’ll drive performance, build high-impact teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences – all while championing safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your mission:

• Lead, empower, and unify a diverse team across multiple states — driving high performance while fostering a strong, collaborative "One Team, One Culture"
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement
• Drive profitable growth and market share for ASSA ABLOY and Record brands
• Develop and execute winning local strategies
• Drive operational execution excellence across Sales, Service & Projects
• Build lasting customer relationships and resolve challenges with confidence
• Collaborate across business units and global teams to elevate our brand and service

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
• Proven leadership in Sales, Service, and Project delivery
• Experience managing large teams and driving organisational change
• A passion for people, performance, and progress
