About the role – Installation Technician
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the complete pedestrian business segment.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the role is responsible for:
- Install and commission of all equipment under the AAES BSP new equipment portfolio
- Conduct inspection and installation in accordance with Australian AS5007 Appendix E
- Complete and submit all required paperwork to an acceptable quality standard and within specified timelines
- Liaise with customers in relation to the installation
- Liaise with project manager on any issues that may arise from sites or other works to ensure a timely resolution
- Comply with Company and site inductions/checks (drug, alcohol, police and other required checks) and other WHS requirements at all times
Qualifications
- Knowledge of maintenance processes
- Geographic knowledge of city/state
- Technical understanding of auto doors
- Good digital competency and ability to use modern information technology system
