We are seeking a seasoned Head of Field Service Operations & Customer Excellence to join our Executive Leadership Team, based at Bangholme, Victoria. Your Mission:
- Shape Strategy: Develop and execute market-leading service operations strategies that deliver competitive advantage.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery from technicians to customers, maintaining best-in-class standards.
- Champion Customer Experience: Resolve enquiries swiftly and effectively, setting benchmarks for responsiveness and care.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Build and nurture key account relationships, consistently exceeding contractual commitments.
- Drive Growth: Secure new national asset contracts through strategic pursuit and client engagement.
- Innovate Services: Expand and evolve the service portfolio by introducing new offerings to market.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant degree or a proven track record of success in the service and manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a senior leader in service operations and customer excellence role.
- A background in turnaround environments and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Experience leading diverse, multi-regional teams within a matrix organisation.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial insight.
