As HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and operational people processes across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include:

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end recruitment
• Coordinating employee lifecycle activities
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS
• Preparing and analysing HR metrics and reports
• Supporting learning and development programs, training compliance and leadership initiatives
• Assisting with employee and industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation and case administration
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal communications
• Partnering with leaders to support workforce planning, performance and people-related activities
• Supporting HR projects, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role within a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, logistics or service environment
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR best practice
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and preparing HR reports and workforce analytics
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
