Finance Systems & Business Integrations Manager

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team. This individual will drive digital finance transformation by leading the optimisation of finance systems, processes, and data integration across our BSI ANZ operations.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this pivotal role acts as the bridge between Finance, IT, Operations and Commercial teams. You will ensure our systems are reliable, efficient and scalable – supporting business performance and the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.

You will:

  • Lead and manage ERP, CPQ, and CRM systems (Exact Merkato, Synergy, QUOCOM, Fergus and HFM)
  • Drive financial process optimisation, automation and standardisation.
  • Lead business integration activities and ensure operational readiness post – acquisition
  • Provide strategic insights that align systems and processes with organisational goals

What you bring:

  • A forward thinking finance systems expert who thrives on fast paced, evolving environments.
  • Extensive experience in finance systems, transformation and integrations projects
  • Strong background in manufacturing, construction or entrance systems  industries
  • Proficiency in ERP and reporting platforms (Exact, HFM, CPQ, CRM)
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent, or 10+ years in senior finance roles
  • Advanced excel skills and power BI skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross functional stakeholder relationships and deliver change
