About the role – Customer Engagement Team
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent administrative support and addressing inquiries with utmost professionalism and timeliness. This role necessitates exceptional organisational skills, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role is responsible for:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and messaging services (Inbound & outbound).
- Provide accurate and helpful information to address customer concerns, product enquiries, and service-related issues.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends or areas for improvement. trends or areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
Job logging and assignment:
- Process customer requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate requests fulfillment and delivery schedules from start to finish.
Skills & experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Work with minimal supervision within timeframes
- Produce reports, invoices, and information as required
