Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Build and execute manual and automated test cases, analyze and report test results to development and product teams. Develop build automation of existing and new projects to facilitate the development of a full continuous integration environment.
  • Work with other engineering teams to facilitate a common approach to continuous integration that includes build automation, test automation, and deployment automation.
  • Perform testing of the products, test/resolve customer reported issues related to the products, report bugs, maintain the bug database as well as write and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and processes to plan.
  • Participate in “customer issues” meetings and work with Technical Support in addressing customer issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must have experience of working in offshore-onshore model.
  • Experience with release process

 

Qualifications: (3+ years in Testing)

 

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3+ years of SQA experience in MS Windows environments
  • At least 2 years of Experience with functional/regression test automation frameworks with such tools as Cucumber, Ruby, JMeter, Selenium, Python, Java, Robot.
  • Technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JS, node.js, J2EE, XML, and DB a must
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C/C++, Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency in API testing
  • 1+ years of experience in setting up, administering, maintaining virtual infrastructure environments in the QA lab, particularly with application and desktop virtualization solutions (at least one of the below)
  • Experience on HSM and PKI Technologies
  • Experience with VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenterManagement Suite and View, is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft virtualization technologies, including RDP, App-V and HyperV, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server administration (e.g. domain controller, Active Directory, GPO)
  • Experience testing Windows Client Server applications for Enterprise products
  • Knowledge of MS-SQL or Oracle
  • Strong planning skills and ability to write accurate and detailed test cases and test plans.
  • Must work well under pressure in a multi-tasking environment with rapid development life cycles.
  • Must bring strong experience implementing a formal QA infrastructure (procedures, processes, documentation) that assures the delivery of high-quality products, on time, within budget and according to specifications.

 

Highly Desirable:

 

  • Experience with web applications/cloud server testing
  • White box testing

 

              Education and/or Experience

         

  • BS or BE or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

                Language Skills

 

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
