Reportees: 6 -8

Level: L5

 

Position Summary

 

ASSA ABLOY is looking for Regional Manager based out of Bengaluru, responsible to generate business from the state of Karnataka. Other responsibilities as below.

 

Roles & Responsibility

  • Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan from the territory.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
  • Set up strong Distribution and retail network for Hardware and MTO segment.
  • Handhold and support channel partners to delivery desired numbers.
  • Develop, train and manage a team of frontline sales.
  • Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
  • Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
  • Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
  • Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
  • Maintain records and track Primary/secondary sales
  • Keep close watch on competition activities, business and market share.
  • Provide MIS to management for forecasts, budgeting and other market intelligence.

  • Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time

 

Education Qualification & Experience required

 

  • Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
  • 12-15 years previous total experience in Hardware Glass, Plywood & Laminates
  • Candidate from hardware industry shall be preferred.

 

 

 

Additional Information:

Work in close co-ordination with the Sales team.
