Key Account Manager Residential (Karnataka)
Position: Key Account Manager - Karnataka
Reports to: Zonal Manager South -1&2
Level: L – 6
Required to:
- Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for Projects business vertical from Key Clients.
- Implementation of project business strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Plan annual, and quarterly operational plans from Key clients.
- Have Functional knowledge of project business in Residential vertical and a strong drive to deliver high growth.
- Prepare & present reports on the business periodically. Provide support to the Zonal Manager Projects – South.
- Build the specification business with architects/interiors and regularly review the specification pipeline to engage both the specification team and the projects team.
- Manage large tenders of public sector and private sector constructions right from specification stage to the final closing stage with the help of sales team.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding from the clients.
- Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project.
- Ensure proper site coordination for installation, supplies and services are provided and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ability to communicate with high end project owners/CEO’s/leading architects/PMC’s
- Functional understanding of project business in the building material industry
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electronics/Civil)
- MBA preferred
- 10 – 12 Years relevant experience
Location: India – Bangalore
*Should be willing to travel extensively in South India
