As our TEMPORARY ACCOUNT OFFICER you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

Summary

 

Responsible for all Accounts Payable job from checking suppliers invoices until process payment to suppliers, also inclusive of attending to suppliers’ inquiries and assist in external audit.
 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Handling of Accounts Payable activities
  • Creation & update of suppliers registration
  • Check suppliers invoices and handle booking of invoices
  • Prepare and process monthly payments
  • Manage the filing system for Accounts Payable documentation
  • Prepare journal entry for month end closing and correction if needed
  • Prepare monthly freight analysis for manager’s review
  • Perform monthly Accounts Payable reconciliation as to ensure timely accrual of liability
  • Other task / responsibilities which may assigned from time to time

Education and/or Experience          

  • Diploma / Certificate in Accounting.
  • Part Qualification of Professional with minimum at least 1 year relevant working experience in Accounting.

 

 

Language Skills                   

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
  • Must have the ability to perform additions, subtractions, etc.            
                           

Computer Skills     

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
  • Familiar with Oracle or ERP system will be preferred

Work Requirements

  • Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid US Passport.
