Back Office Support - temporary

What you would do as our Back Office  assist – temporary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Service Sales Representative to assist our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales teams, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes while contributing directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction.

 

You would also:

  • Provide administrative and operational assist to the sales team and prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and service documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to services, pricing, and order status and maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP system (AX Dynamics).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, service teams).
  •  assist sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in back office, sales assist, or customer service (preferred) and has strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is proficient in MS Office and ERP system (Dynamics AX is advantage).
  • Has attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Has team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
