As the TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of talent acquisition throughout the interview and pre-onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management as well as creating exceptional hiring experience for prospective candidates, recruiting partners and stakeholders.

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring team, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involve including arranging candidate travel, reserving conference rooms and confirming video conference details for virtual interviews.
  • Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on company website and external job boards.
  • Manage ATS candidate pool to reflect candidates’ current interview status throughout the recruiting lifecycle as well as close out and disposition candidates.
  • Support the preparation of offer letter extending and conduct pre-onboarding/background check for selected candidates.
  • Champion relationships with internal clients to support timely candidate selection processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation to include: process flows, training materials, correspondence, templates and other documents used in recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and identify areas for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities with strict deadlines.

 

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or Equivalent Talent Acquisition experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required and experience with HR ATS tool, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration preferred
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high volume, customer-focused environment supporting multiple locations and disciplines.
