As Strategic Integration Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic alignment and revenue growth through solution sales, product launch and program initiatives at the Headquarter level of our partners as well as creating new opportunities in North America. We expect the candidate to deliver a high standard of account management and service to HID’s Strategic Integration partners, while ensuring operational excellence.

 

The successful individual must have a proven record of accomplishment of large-scale customer account and relationship management, as responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives for both HID and the Strategic Account customers. The ideal candidate has experience in the security and/or identity and access management marketplace, possess excellent sales and collaboration skills, attention to detail, be very organized, have the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel under pressure and strict deadlines.

As our Strategic Integration Director, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Working with customer's HQs on successful implementation of HID product portfolio, in line with strategic goals.
  • Defining and implementing with customer successful sales and marketing programs, supported by relevant training initiatives.
  • Working with HID regional/local sales teams on successful implementation of HID product portfolio at customer's local subsidiaries; supported by specific sales, marketing and training programs.
  • Preparing annual Business Plan for assigned accounts as required and monitor achievement.
  • Measuring and monitoring HID market share penetration within the accounts and by branch as required.
  • Collaborating with HID management and legal to negotiate and facilitate contractual arrangements with the accounts.
  • Providing high standard of account management to HIDs Strategic Accounts.
  • Establishing communications with all departments to facilitate the resolution of customer related problems.
  • Providing information to the relevant HID teams via Salesforce and SharePoint (customer reports, opportunities, notifications).
  • Participating as member of the Strategic Account team, working closely with the regional sales teams to identify improvement opportunities, developmental needs and account growth.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technology or business-related field; Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant industry experience may also be considered
  • Experience in the access control and/or security marketplace for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Proven skills in field sales of security products or systems integration with major integrators and/or manufacturers.
  • Channel experience and general security industry knowledge including Products, Technical Expertise, Applications, Services, Dealers, & Manufacturers.  
  • Proven record of accomplishment to create incremental revenue through day-to-day and strategic account management.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding and experience of the access control and/or IT sales channel market preferred.
  • Market experience in IT security and network solutions with an emphasis on authentication preferred.
  • Understanding of channel-based sales/marketing.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. 

 

The base salary in the United States is $123,000 to $141,000. The OTE is up to $235,000.
