HID’s Finance Department: 

The Finance department partners with business leaders across the company and drives impact through a grounding in hard data, an independent point of view, business partnership, a collaborative approach, and a focus on the development of our people. We balance the roles of trusted advisor and guardian to reveal opportunity, manage risk, and shape investment decisions across markets and products. Successful candidates for this team have a strategic & operationally focused mindset with strong communication and analysis skills. This corporate finance role will drive and support many of our key cycles and serve as the liaison to Business Unit Finance Directors and other finance teams.

As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Participating in monthly/quarterly business reviews with HID’s Senior Leadership team including the ability to convey key messages through effective presentation skills.
  • Providing financial insight to teams in assessing risk and opportunities to achieving its financial commitments.
  • Establishing insightful analytics, reporting, and developing the right operational processes that enable the key clients and groups to “see around corners” and support cross functional alignment.
  • Identifying and articulating the key business drivers that impact HID Global’s YOY performance as well as gaps to FP and last FC.
  • Creating standard scorecards, plus supporting the development, coordination, and establishment of the monthly analytics deck to provide to CFO, Sr. Director of Finance, and others the capability of a more detailed variance review.    
  • Providing financial leadership to meet deliverables during various financial cycles including Monthly Close, Quarterly Reviews, Forecast cycles and other ad hoc requests.
  • Working closely with other members of the HID Global Finance & Accounting teams to ensure financial impacts of various decisions are understood, aligned, and communicated – examples include Global Business Units, Global Quality and Operations, Global Shared Services.
  • Co-leading acquisition integration efforts into our monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and yearly planning cycles. / Co-leading and supporting complex acquisition restatement efforts.

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience accounting/finance experience.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) with a solid understanding of HFM. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ERP systems & standard BI Tools - Oracle is a plus.
