As the Senior Supply Chain Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end connected solutions in the Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM modules space. Responsibilities include defining, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting the supply chain functions at HID. The role requires exercise of discretion and independent judgement in evaluation of user requests/requirements, determining and implementing an optimum approach/solution and related documentation by applying system analysis techniques and procedures. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Business leaders, Product Marketing Managers, Super users, Engineering, Change Management, and internal IT teams.

As our Senior Supply Chain Functional Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Establishing and adhering to departmental procedures for governance, project management, software lifecycle, and change management
• Overseeing the delivery of application solutions and enhancements
• Acting as the SME and providing guidance to IT Support, development, and integration teams
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying business functionality
• Collaborating with business users and IT teams to meet business needs
• Ensuring functional documentation is created and updated
• Managing project implementation, testing, and system changes
• Ensuring adherence to ITIL guidelines, SLAs, and service management processes
• Managing the delivery of application features and tasks
• Developing and implementing reporting capabilities based on business needs
• Gathering and consolidating business requirements into functional specifications
• Coordinating and performing tests, including end-user reviews
• Providing guidance on solutions to evolve and enable business capabilities
• Analyzing user requirements to design solutions and develop functional specifications
• Documenting requests and ensuring project management process adherence
• Providing support for application and business process issues
• Coordinating system testing, user support, and training
• Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Identifying and documenting application integration requirements
• Ensuring stability and data accuracy in production, meeting compliance and audit policies
• Managing Oracle Support Service Requests and optimizing Oracle application configurations
• Maintaining consistency across global functionality and processes
• Performing additional tasks as needed
Your Experience and Background include:
• An Information Technology degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or
• A Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
• Certification in SAFe methodology or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Oracle EBS version 12x and above in core Manufacturing modules including PIM, must understand Procure to Pay (P2P) path as well a good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) flow. Good understanding of product definition in AgilePLM application
• Exposure and experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications (Cloud - Procurement, Planning) is preferred
• At least 8 years of hands-on techno-functional experience in working with Oracle EBS, specifically Procure to Pay (P2P) path, Supply Chain (SCM), Inventory (INV), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing and Product Information Management (PIM) modules
• Some exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud supply chain applications such as Procurement and Planning
• Deep exposure of information systems, business processes and measures of success
• Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS including Application Object Library (AOL)
• Ability to be engaged in various levels of application development including interaction with end users for requirement analysis, system analysis and design, system testing, and integration, implementation and documentation required
• Demonstrated proficiency and willingness to serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EBS modules such as SCM, BOM, Inventory, Costing etc. providing feasibility analysis, solution design and new functionality implementation as required
• Cross train internal IT on Oracle EBS new features, functionality, and integrations
• Proficient in writing basic to advanced SQL scripts to draw data out of Oracle EBS database for analysis and user request fulfillment
• Proven commitment to customer care, system availability, reliability, and issue resolution. This can include off-hours and on-call support to resolve critical system incidents
