HID’s Digital Engagement, Marketing Department:

This position is a part of the corporate marketing and communications department and will report into the Director, Digital Engagement. This position, Senior Manager, Demand Generation, will lead a small team skilled in building and launching complex multi-channel, multi-step outbound and inbound campaigns that are designed to streamline customer acquisition, increase the number of new customers, accelerate time to deal close, and fill the sales funnel across all HID business areas. 


As our Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll support HID’s success by: 


  • Managing a campaign execution team working in Marketo, SalesForce, PathFactory, Litmus and other marketing tools.
  • Guiding HID’s Business Areas on B2B marketing best practices for generating leads.
  • Partnering with the CRM Engagement team to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales Operations.
  • Aligning activities with other central marketing teams including Events, Brand and Web.
  • Managing external agencies and contractors on large projects and team augmentation.
  • Evangelizing Demand Generation best practices to other departments and to HID’s parent company, ASSA ABLOY.


What we will love about your background: 


  • Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Solid grounding within the enterprise B2B environment, preferably at a global company with regional teams and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and PPC advertising platforms strongly desired.


Your Experience and Education include:      


  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field desired.
  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience creating and/or executing marketing strategy, programs or demand generation campaigns highly preferred.
