As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Performing monthly analysis of Business Area financial results and prepare management presentations.
• Investigating variances from historical performance and against forecasts highlighting key business drivers
• Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Creating financial models to support P&L planning and analysis
• Providing financial insights to aid in assessing risk and highlight opportunities to achieve the financial commitments; independently, be able to identify issues, and provide solutions

What we will love about your background: 

• Complete End-To-End understanding of P&L analysis
• Thorough understanding of business forecasting and financial modeling
• MS Office application experience, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system
• Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of HFM or similar financial reporting system
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP

Your Experience and Education include:             

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Advanced Excel skills required
