HID’s Operations Department

The Fulfilment Operations Supervisor role is a collaborative position that plays a key role in the success of the Americas Fulfilment Operations. The person selected for this role will ensure that the Production, Warehouse and Shipping operations remain smooth and efficient, lead the team to daily meet operational and business metrics, monitor employees’ performance, support production activities that encompass labor capacity, planning, efficiency, process improvements, lead time adherence, production schedules, and on time delivery.


As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Hosting daily production meetings to discuss safety and business metrics.
  • Reviewing performance metrics and provide root cause and corrective actions for missed targets.
  • Ensuring employees are aware of departmental issues and informed of the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring proper and safe operation of all production equipment. 
  • Communicating product or material issues with appropriate stakeholders.


What we will love about your background: 

  • Proficient with MS applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and etc.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines. 
  • Experience working with Oracle and Agile platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards and etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English language, both verbally and in writing.  


Your Experience and Education include:             

  • A 4-year degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years related to manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of arithmetical operations.
