We currently have an opportunity for an experienced OEM Inside Sales Representative that can bring an innovative eye to our sales and business development FARGO team.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for new relationship development & management of the existing world class family of OEM partner client base, in addition to assisting the overall North America territory.

The qualified candidate will play a key role in supporting HID’s Secure Issuance FARGO growth in North America.

 

You will have experience in the physical security industry, possess strong telephone sales experience and techniques, along with proactive outbound sales experience.

This individual will also follow up on leads and prospective new customer inquiries, provide consistent product knowledge and unified messaging in a sales capacity for HID Secure Issuance FARGO products and solutions.

As our OEM Inside Sales Representative, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Assist in the development and expansion of the company’s current customer base.
  • Identify business opportunities and perform market research to determine new business leads.
  • Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales in line with HID Secure Issuance and FARGO’s business strategy.
  • Generate sales, improve margins, and build relationships with the current customer base.
  • Assist Regional Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Support implementation of Regional and National Sales Strategy.
  • Travel, as required, to trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Work closely with channel partners.
  • Respond to incoming leads in a timely manner and nurture continuously.
  • Consistently drive new business through outbound sales activities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Legal and Finance for supporting sales orders and sample orders.

Your Experience and Education include: 

  • BA/BS in a related field. A minimum of 4+ years of sales experience within the security technology industry.
  • Must possess excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • 4+ years’ experience and successful performance in a previous Business Development Manager, Inside Sales position or similar role.
  • Security industry experience, with an established network.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to express relevant technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrate ability to hit KPI targets
  • Proven record of revenue accomplishment with strategic accounts.
  • Partner first philosophy that drives day-to-day activities.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills with “C” suite.
