As an Enterprise Architect at HID, operating within a global context, you will lead the design and implementation of our IT architecture strategy to support simplification initiatives, transformation programs, and the upcoming ERP transformation. As our Enterprise Architect, you’ll support HID’s success by: 


•    Leading the design and implementation of IT architecture for simplification initiatives, transformation programs, and the integration of ERP systems.
•    Providing strategic direction to ensure projects meet global business objectives and are tailored to regional needs.
•    Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture to support global business needs, streamline operations, and integrate ERP systems seamlessly.
•    Documenting solutions covering applications, data, and technology, ensuring compatibility with diverse regional requirements.
•    Collaborating with stakeholders across different regions to understand requirements and provide technology solutions that support global operations and simplify processes.
•    Facilitating alignment on architectural decisions to ensure consistency and responsiveness to regional nuances.
•    Establishing and enforcing architecture standards and best practices that promote agility, compliance, and simplification across global operations.
•    Ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards while maintaining alignment with regional regulations.
•    Identifying and mitigating risks associated with global projects, including ERP transformation, simplification initiatives, and transformation programs.
•    Recommending solutions for security and compliance while enabling agility and innovation on a global scale.
 

Your Experience and Background include:  


•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10+ minimum years related work experience
•    Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5+ minimum years related work experience
•    TOGAF, ERP-specific certifications, or other relevant certifications preferred.
•    4+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a track record of success in global environments and ERP transformations.
•    Strong understanding of enterprise systems and infrastructure, with a focus on global integration and ERP systems.
•    Experience working in diverse, multinational teams.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and drive consensus.
