The PACS (HID’s Physical Access Control Solutions group) Functions Controller will be the trusted business partner of PACS Functions covering Products, R&D, Fulfilment, Marketing and Mobile. His/her responsibilities include:

As our Business Finance Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 
•    Supporting the organization in all strategic initiatives to expand the top and bottom lines by providing the required financial key metrics and interpreting them
•    Partnering and supporting the mobile organization growth initiatives
•    Creating an automatic Mobile P&L 
•    Identifying cost optimizations in coordination with the fulfilment team
•    Enhancing support to fulfilment organization to improve risk management via inventory, CM liabilities, etc.
•    Deploying a culture of data-driven decision making while reviewing the existing metrics and processes, adjust them as required and evangelize within the Product and R&D organizations 
•    Identifying finance processes and tools improvements to achieve best-in-class finance support for the functions: minimize data-crunching and focus on analyses and value add tasks for the business
•    Building the plans and forecasts of the supported teams, driving their allocations to the BU’s and providing insights to the BU Controllers on the costs and trends
•    Supporting the Business Area’s Finance VP and the PACS Function VP’s in the preparation of all senior leadership meetings (Monthly Performance Reviews, Business Area Review, Strategic Review, Divisional Board, etc.)
•    People management responsibility

•    Engaged in mentoring and developing his/her team members

Your Experience and Education include:  
•    Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Finance is a plus. 
•    Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience with progressive experience in Finance business partnering with diverse functions
•    Recent management experience ideal
•    Navigating complex and matrixed organizations Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•    Expert with OAC
•    Ideal candidate will have experience with Power Query & Power BI 
•    Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
•    Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport
•    Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired
