About the role – Projects Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for the handling of any new equipment orders from sale to installation & commissioning.
Reporting to the NZ Country Leader/ National Sales & Specifications Manager, the role is responsible for:
- Assist the project management team with admin and processes
- Educate subcontractors with the use of the IFS App.
- Create project workflow
- Track expenses and work on budget forecast
- Assess project risks
- Log projects and invoice in IFS
- Process PO’s for subcontractors and required materials
Skills & experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role or associated degree
- Experience in the service or building/construction industry
- Technical understanding including product knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, IFS an advantage
