About the role – Projects Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the handling of any new equipment orders from sale to installation & commissioning.

Reporting to the NZ Country Leader/ National Sales & Specifications Manager, the role is responsible for:

• Assist the project management team with admin and processes
• Educate subcontractors with the use of the IFS App.
• Create project workflow
• Track expenses and work on budget forecast
• Assess project risks
• Log projects and invoice in IFS
• Process PO’s for subcontractors and required materials

Skills & experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role or associated degree
• Experience in the service or building/construction industry
• Technical understanding including product knowledge
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, IFS an advantage
