Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the production process for all goods.
• Conducting and leading meetings for site preparation and coordination.
• Planning and overseeing shipments and site arrangements to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality targets are met.
• Inspecting and approving completed assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Managing customer handover processes.
• Tracking invoicing processes and achieving monthly financial targets.
• Controlling and approving payments for subcontractors.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Identifying and resolving on-site technical or operational issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• No travel restrictions; willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
• No military service obligations (for male candidates).

Desired Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing teams and client relations.
• Previous experience in industrial projects, especially in door systems, is a plus.
