Position Overview / Summary |
||||||||
To actively work with operations, sales, intercompany engineering and supply chain staff to integrate the manufacture and/or sourcing of hardware and components. To participate in the development of manufacturing strategies and to optimize manufacturing by location. To develop and execute product and process designs and to participate in the commissioning and qualification of new machinery, processes and products as necessary. To recommend and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce heavy manual work, and enable the utilization of skilled workers for more complicated production processes.
