Service Coordinator

What would you do as our Service Coordinator
- Plans and organizes service work: prepares schedules, assigns tasks, monitors execution.
- Coordinates the team aligns work: between technicians, warehouse, sales, and administration.
- Communicates with customers: receives orders, provides status updates, handles complaints.
- Administrative tasks: issues work orders, closes cash register, maintains records.
- Manages documentation: keeps diagnostic data, technical instructions, and service reports up to date.
- Ensures compliance: workplace safety, fire protection, adherence to regulations.
- Process optimization: monitors analyses and prepares corrective actions for non-conformities.
Required Competencies
- Education: Minimum Level VI
- Experience: at least 2–3 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge: MS Office, ERP systems, basic technical understanding.
- Skills: excellent organizational and communication skills, independence, proactivity.
- Languages: Slovenian, English (additional languages are an advantage).
