Quality Manager (M/F/D)

 

 

The Quality Manager manages and executes the Quality Strategy in the technical part answering directly to the COO.

                                                            

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Define the strategy, plan, and control the quality procedures in the technical part.
  • Motivate and manage efforts of the team on the main areas, as manufacturing processes, laboratory tests, and manage the Certification of the products, documental and with the certifying entities.
  • Manage the relationship between Assa Abloy and the certifying entities.
  • Prepare and manage all the product documentation for product certification.
  • Prepare the product audits and accompany them on the field.
  • Guarantee the implementation of the Quality Control procedures on the plants.
  • Guarantee the follow up of the Quality Control processes in cooperation with all the interlocutors, narrowing the relationship with the responsible of the production areas.
  • Managing the Quality KPI’S monitoring the performance, make Action Plans to solve quality problems and report to the management.
  • Analyze and manage the non-conformities internal and external: identify causes, propose corrective, preventive and improvement actions together with a multidisciplinary team. Make the follow up of those actions.
  • Manage and follow up the non-conformities of the suppliers.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Academy requirement:

  • Degree in Quality Management.

 

Languages:

  • Good level of English written and spoken (minimum B1);
  • Valuable good level of Spanish.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in similar position in industrial companies.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Valuable experience of managing groups of people;
  • Valuable capacity of Leadership, communication and conflict management.
