To integrate the Planning Team to Plan and Control the purchase needs of production

                                                             

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Planning of purchased needs generated automatically by ERP. Confirm and program in the ERP the client needs (internal and external). Daily coordination with site Production Manager.
  • Plan and execute the production needs between internal companies.
  • Update information about delivery date on each line of production needs.
  • Plan and purchase the needs of traded goods according to FC defined.
  • Annalyse and Control the stocks of Raw Materials and traded goods and proceed with the update of minimum stocks and FC.  
  • Check and prepare the data necessary to make Raw Material’s by category FC to send to Purchase Department.
  • Follow up on the delivery dates of Raw Materials and traded goods, according to production needs.
  • Support the management to guarantee that all needs of materials and goods are planned and purchased at the right level, maintain the level of inventory aligned with what’s defined.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Academy requirement:

  • Degree in Industrial Management Engeneer

 

Languages:

  • Good level of English written and spoken (minimum B1);
  • Valuable good level of Spanish.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in similar position in industrial companies.

 

Personal Skills:

  • Valuable experience of managing groups of people;
  • Valuable capacity of Leadership, communication and ff
