Are you excited by the possibility of being the decision-maker? Then you should definitely join our Portuguese division based in Águeda, as a Marketing Manager.

 

What would you do as our Marketing Manager

Integrated into our Iberia Marketing team (functionally reporting to the Iberia Marketing Director) and directly reporting to the Head of Portugal, you will be part of the Portugal Management Team and be responsible for all marketing activities related to the ASSA ABLOY brands in Portugal, collaborating closely with colleagues and the EMEIA teams to ensure brand consistency across markets.

 

You would also:

• Design, prepare, plan, and implement the marketing strategy and plans, ensuring consistency with the global and Iberian marketing strategy.

• Coordinate marketing activities in Portugal with the support of the Iberian Marketing Team and external agencies, aligning with the Annual Marketing Plan.

• Control and coordinate the launch of promotional and advertising campaigns to increase product sales and strengthen consumer awareness.

• Conduct market studies and customer satisfaction surveys to identify new business opportunities and drive new product launches.

• Coordinate main operational marketing activities (fairs, catalogues, customer displays) and represent the organization in various marketing projects within the multinational group.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; communicative level of Spanish is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a decision-making attitude, and resiliency.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with good knowledge of marketing programs in traditional, digital, and social landscapes. Proven experience with web, social, and analytics tools is essential.
